TV Workout: Gilmore Girls

I get really caught up in my favorite TV shows in between work. It’s a sickness, or possibly just laziness, but anyway…

I think TV show workouts are so fun, especially during a Netflix marathon! It keeps you up and moving while still enjoying your favorite show! 

I plan to keep the series going until… well, until I run out of shows!

Every time…

Lorelai banters………. 10 squats

Lorelai or Rory eat at Luke’s……… 20 jumping jacks

Lorelai and/or Rory go to Friday night dinner………. 20 calf raises

Emily and Lorelai argue………. 10 pushups

Kurt appears………. 10 crunches

Sookie is cooking………. 10 pushups

Someone mentions coffee………. 30-second plank

Someone says “Stars Hollow”………. 10 squats

Rory is reading………. 10 lunges

Mrs. Kim shouts at somebody………. 10 crunches

Paris says something bitchy………. take a drink of water
