TV Workout: The Walking Dead

I get really caught up in my favorite TV shows in between work. It’s a sickness, or possibly just laziness, but anyway…

I think TV show workouts are so fun, especially during a Netflix marathon! It keeps you up and moving while still enjoying your favorite show! 

I plan to keep the series going until… well, until I run out of shows!

Every time…

Rick says “Carl”………. 10 squats

Someone calls the dead anything except “walkers”……… 20 jumping jacks

Someones dies………. 20 calf raises

Walker(s) get killed………. 10 pushups

The group meets someone new………. 10 crunches

Guns are drawn………. 10 pushups

Someone runs………. 30-second plank

Someone cries………. 10 squats

A fight breaks out (physical or verbal)………. 10 lunges

Daryl fires his crossbow………. 10 crunches

Someone says “walkers” or “biters”………. take a drink of water

ENJOY!
