TV Show Workout Series: That 70s Show

I get really caught up in my favorite TV shows in between work. It’s a sickness, or possibly just laziness, but anyway…

I think TV show workouts are so fun, especially during a Netflix marathon! It keeps you up and moving while still enjoying your favorite show! 

I plan to keep the series going until… well, until I run out of shows!

Kelso does something stupid……… 20 jumping jacks

Donna mentions feminism………. 20 calf raises

Eric talks about Star Wars………. 10 pushups

Red calls someone a dumbass………. 10 crunches

Jackie yells “Michael!”………. 10 pushups

Fez mentions or eats candy………. 30-second plank

The characters are in the circle………. 10 squats

Laurie says something bitchy………. 10 lunges

Bob says “hey there, ho there, hi there!”………. 10 crunches

Midge says something dumb………. 30-second wall sit
