Self-love and self-care are extremely important, especially if you suffer from anxiety and/or depression. Since the New Year, I’ve been making a daily commitment to put myself first and focus on learning to love myself more. So, here are over 35 ways to practice self-care! Just remember to have a positive mindset in order to manifest positivity and self-love. 

    • Take a bubble bath with candles and a good book
    • Meditate (choose YouTube or an app on your phone for guided meditation)
    • Hit the gym
    • Do yoga
    • Watch a funny movie
    • Do your nails at home or go get a mani/pedi

    • Turn your phone completely off
    • Go a day without social media
    • Go out to lunch or shopping with a friend
    • Sip your favorite hot drink in peace
